BITSAT 2023 Application form – Registration Process
BITSAT 2023 application form has released on Jan 30, 2023 by BITS and the last date to submit application form is Mar 10, 2023. Students can fill the application form after going through the eligibility criteria for BITSAT 2023.
Student must have scored 75% marks in PCB/PCM group to the eligible to give BITSAT 2023 in the class 12th. The applicants have to book the slots for exam as per their preference. BITSAT 2023 will take place in 2nd week of May through online mode.
The application fee for BITSAT 2023 is ₹3300 for male candidates and ₹2800 for female candidates which can be paid through online or offline mode. Applicants who will opt for Dubai as test center, they need to pay $90.

Step 1: Registration for BITSAT 2023
The applicants have to get the registration done by visiting the official website of BITSAT 2023. They have to click on “New Registration” than read all instructions carefully and press the “Proceed to Apply Online” link.
Now the applicant will be required to fill all the personal details such as name, gender, date of birth and valid email ID. After entering all the details, click on “submit” button. The candidates are advised not to change the email ID entered as this email id is registered for admission purpose.
The candidate will be asked to enter the following class 12th examination details –
- Name if institute last attended.
- Name of Board of examination
- Year of Passing/ Appearing.
- Selection Subject Between Biology & Mathematics
The Candidates has to select any 3 preferences from the option menu for BITSAT 2023 exam center. The candidates should carefully select the center as it will not change at any cost latter. Again the candidates have to click on “Submit” button.
However candidates opting Dubai exam center of BITSAT 2023 can only choose one center. There are total 50 examination centers for BITST 2023. In case, the candidates wish to make any correction, he/she has to click on “Edit above details” tab.
After the candidates have successfully submitted the online application form, the BITSAT 2023 application form number will be generated which should be kept safe for future reference.
Step 2: Upload Photograph and Signature

Now the candidate can login by using email ID and password. They have to upload the scanned images by clicking on “choose file” option, then click on “upload” option to upload both the files. It should be kept in mind that the files should be uploaded in JPG/JPEG format.
The dimension for scanned signature 4kb – 50kb & scanned signature is 1kb to 40kb. The scanner should be set to scan at 150dpi (dots per inch) & page size should be 8.5” x 11”. The documents should be scanned in the letter format only.
Step 3: Payment of application fee
The application fee for female candidates is ₹2800 and for male candidates the amount is ₹3330. For the applicants who are opting Dubai as exam center, the application fee is US $90.

As the document uploading is complete, the applicants will be redirected to the payment gateway to pay the application fee. The application fee can be paid by online or offline methods by the applicant. The application fee is mandatory for every aspirant.
- Online Payment: The online mode of payment can be done by debit card, credit card should be issued by the either Master or Visa only to make successful payment.
- Offline Payment: The offline mode of payment can be done by the pay slips at ICICI bank. Candidates have to download the pay slips & deposit the fee in cash at nearby ICICI Banks branch. Candidates should not forget to take the payment receipt from the bank.
Step 4: Download Filled BITSAT application Form
After the payment has been done by online / offline methods, the candidates should download the filled form along with fee receipt. They should get the printout of both for future reference.
