- Visit the CLAT 2023 Result official website – consortiumofnlus.ac.in
- Enter your CLAT application number/admit card number and date of birth
- Click on Print Scorecard button.
- Then it will display your result with score card.
- Click on download score card button.
- The candidates need to save and take a printout of the same.

CLAT is conducted every year for admission into the undergraduate and postgraduate law programs of the 22 NLUs and other law schools of India. Each individual Institute/University will declare their CLAT 2023 cutoff scores after the announcement of the result.
The cutoff scores depend on various factors such as the difficulty level of paper, seats available, average marks scored by the candidates, total test takers, etc.
Before the release of the official CLAT cutoff scores of the Institutes, various coaching institutes, experts will release the unofficial cutoff scores. These cutoff scores are based on previous year trends and various other factors.

The Cutoff scores for CLAT 2023 will remain similar to that of previous years and will depend on the following factors –

PSU Recruitment through CLAT score card
Various Public Sector Units recruits candidates with a valid CLAT score card. At present, 5 PSUs have signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CLAT for hiring candidates with a valid CLAT score. The candidates with CLAT scores applying for the PSUs will be hired for the following positions.
- Executive Trainee
- Law Officers
- Assistant Legal Advisors
The candidates willing to apply for the PSUs are required to visit the official websites of these PSUs to apply. For each PSUs, the eligibility norms will be different and so will be the application process. Also, the selection criteria and interview rounds will be different from each other.

CLAT Counselling 2023
Candidates who score the required cutoff marks of CLAT 2023 will be shortlisted for the counselling rounds of the 18 NLUs. A merit list will be prepared on basis of CLAT 2023 result i.e. candidate’s rank, score, etc. The candidates who are shortlisted for the counselling rounds are required to follow the steps provided below –
- The shortlisted candidates are required to pay a counselling fee at the CLAT office.
- After payment of the fee, candidates are required to visit the allotted NLU to participate in the counselling rounds.
- Candidates can lock the allotted seats within the provided time period.
Note: The names of the candidates will be dropped from the merit list if they fail to pay the counselling fee within the provided time period.
CLAT Seat Matrix
A total of 18 NLUs will be accepting CLAT 2023 score. There is a total of 2312 seats for LLB programs while 604 seats for LLM programs. As per the reservation norms of Government of India, the seats of the participating NLUs will be reserved.
