JKCET 2023 Application Form – JKBOPEE released JKCET 2023 application form on February 2, 2023 and the last date for application form is March 1, 2023. JKCET 2023 exam will be conducted on April 19, 2023.
While filling the JKCET application form, the applicants have to upload the scanned copy of their original document, image of signature & photograph in the required formats & dimension. Then the JKCET 2023 aspiring candidates will have to make the payment. After payment is done the application form can be downloaded.

Candidates 1st check the eligibility criteria for JKCET 2023 before filling the application form. Candidates are advised to get their original documents scanned before filling their application form. During filling of the application form of JKCET 2023, the candidates will have to provide their personal details, address of communication & academic details.
JKCET Application form 2023 – Apply Online Process
JKBOPEE will release the JKCET 2023 application form on February 1, 2023. The candidates can fill the application till March 2, 2023 in an online mode. JKCET 2023 Application form will be available on the official website of JKCET, i.e. www.jakbopee.org or www.jakbopee.net. Eligible aspirants need to fill in the JKCET applicaiton form 2023 from February 2, 2023 to March 1, 2023. Let us discuss the process of JKCET 2023 registration in detail.
Step 1: JKCET 2023 Application form filling
JKCET 2023 aspirants will have to fill the personal details in the application form which includes Name of the Candidates, Parent’s Name, D.O.B, Gender of the applicant, whether belong to J & K (Yes / No). Date of issue of PRC, Email ID, Exam center (Either Jammu / Srinagar).
The candidates are advised to choose the exam center very wisely as this will not change once allotted by the authority at any cost. There are total of 15 exam centers which have already been discussed earlier. The candidates should provide the mailing address & permanent correspondence address should be very specific & clear.
Candidates now will have to enter all their academic details in the following order –
- Select exam passed / appeared (12th standard)
- Year of passing
- Name of institute from where 12th passed / appeared.
- Marks scored.
- Subject wise marks scored in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
Step 2: Upload Images
The candidate now will upload the scanned images of photograph, signature & left thumb impression. The candidates should keep in mind the upload images should be in JPG/JPEG format & size should be 10kb to 5kb.
The dimension of photograph should be 3.5×4.5 cm whereas the signature & thumb impression is of 3.5 x 1.5cm dimension.

Step 3: JKCET Application form preview & submit
After the details are completely entered & the scanned images are uploaded, the applicants are advised to go through the application form to go through the application form once again to check the details. If the applicant wishes to make certain changes, he/ she have to click on the “edit application” where the candidates can edit the details & proceed further.
If the candidate is satisfied with the details entered, she / he have to click on “preview conformation page button” now can candidates can see all the details entered by him / her in the preview mode. After that the candidate has to accept the declaration & click on the “submit” button.
Step 4: JKCET Application fee payment
As the application form is successfully submitted by the candidate, candidate will be redirected to payment gateway for application form JKCET 2023. The candidates are required to pay ₹800 as the application form fee which is mandatory for every applicant.
The fee can be paid in an online mode through credit card/ debit card or net banking. This application form fee is nonrefundable & nonadjustable.
Step 5: Upload documents
As the payment is done by the applicant, he/she has to proceed further by uploading of the scanned documents in PDF formats.
Here is a list of documents which has to be uploaded at the time of JKCET 2023 application form filling process –
- Scanned image of class 12th marks certificate.
- Scanned image of reserved category certificate if applicable.
- Scanned image of PRC i.e. permanent residence certificate.
- Class 10th certificate as D.O.B proof.
- Card details from which payment was made.
Let us discuss some of guidelines for scanning documents:
- All files uploaded to the website, uploaded in PDF (Portable document format)
- If the candidate will try to upload a file that is not the prescribed format, the system will reject the file.
Instruction Manual for scanner:
- The scanner should be set to scan at dpi (dots per inch).
- It should be set to page size of 8.5” 11”
- The document should be scanned as letter format.
- The document should be scanned as black & white.
- The maximum file size allowed is 200 KB for an individual.
- The scanner should be set to create a pdf output file.
- The file size can be checked prior to uploading by location the file on computer & by right clicking on the file & selecting properties option. If it is larger than 200 KB, the scanner should be checked & should be set at 150dpi.
Step 6: Submit and download JKCET application form
After the scanned images of original documents have been successfully uploaded, candidates submit the JKCET 2023 application form. The candidates are advised not to forget to take the printout of the application form for future use. No need to send the hard copy of the application form to the authority.
